Medford Police Advisory Committee hears from Dog Owners

The City of Medford continued to examine the issue of dangerous dogs on Wednesday when the Police Advisory Committee met for a special televised public hearing on dangerous dogs. The PAC held the public hearing at the request of the Medford City Council, and after deliberating on the issue next month, will return with an advisory finding for the Council in April. Watch the hearing on our RVTV PEG Player.

The public hearing was the lone agenda item, and testimony from upwards of 30 citizens took nearly two hours. Local and national pet support groups have weighed in with written materials and testimony. The City is trying to curb attack incidents for Police officers and citizens alike.
