The Ashland Planning Commission spent two and a half hours working on the details for a proposed mixed use building at the corner of North Mountain and Fair Oaks avenues. Originally approved in 2003, Ayala Properties LLC has also requested a modification of the Final Plan Approval for Meadowbrook Park II Subdivision in order to adjust the number of residential units allocated.
The four subject properties would increase the number of residential units from 10 to 40, with retail space on the first floor and residential on the second and third floors.
