REAL TV, REAL PEOPLE: Watch RVTV's Government & Public Access archives for authentic local television from Southern Oregon
RVTV viewers will be seeing double it seems when following Ashland Town Hall between now and mid-September. That’s because Mayor John Stromberg has two editions of his monthly profile of local community members running right now, shot just two weeks apart. A previous blog featured Livia Genise, Aristic Director of the Camelot Theatre and the late July Town Hall. And on Wednesday the 14th Mayor Stromber introduced us to Joseph Vaile, the new Executive Director of KS Wild.
The Klamath-Siskiyou Wildland Center is an advocate for the forests, wildlife and waters of the Klamath and Rogue River Basins of southwest Oregon and northwest California. Formed in 1997, KS Wild fights for protection and restoration of the incomparable ecological riches of southwest Oregon and northwest California. They monitor public lands in the Rogue River/Siskiyou, Klamath, Six Rivers and Shasta-Trinity National Forests, and the Medford and Coos Bay Districts of the Bureau of Land Management.
The KS Wild Town Hall will replay tonight at 9pm on Channel 14 and both Town Hall editions play back to back on Sunday afternoon beginning with the Camelot feature at 3pm.
