Daily Tidings Changes Profiled on August Town Hall

Newspapers big and small have been changing with the times in recent years and with a new Editor and a new format of the print edition of the Ashland Daily Tidings newspaper debuting this summer, it was a perfect time for a visit with Ashland Mayor John Stromberg on the August edition of Ashland Town Hall. The Tidings this week changed it’s print format from broadsheet to a more reader friendly tabloid sized paper that is expanding to 24 pages. The new Editor will join Ian Hand and Joe Zavala in reporting on City and education issues, with expanded coverage from free lance journalists and reader contributions. The Tidings is still available online in the digital format, and has a facebook page and a live Twitter feed.
