Medford Politician Al Densmore Joins Vic Biondi for Impact Debut

On the first episode of IMPACT, host Vic Biondi sits down with former State Legislator, Medford Mayor and City Councilor Al Densmore to talk about his extensive public service career, how the game of politics has changed since the 1970s, and why going into local government is more rewarding than statewide or national politics.

In our second segment, Southern Oregon history and heritage activists Tam Moore and Victoria Law discuss the history of Southern Oregon,  how that history is drawn from the stories of pioneers and settlers of the region, and why our local history is important and relevant to younger generations.

IMPACT debuts on RVTV Cable Channel 9 on October 30th at 7:30pm, and also airs in Grants Pass and RVTV Channel 21 on October 31st at 7:30pm. You can also view it online on RVTV’s digital video player. To learn more, and for additional weekly replay times, visit the Rogue Valley Community Television website or connect with us on Facebook.

IMPACT is a Rogue Valley oriented monthly news magazine show that aims to serve the public and engage new audiences. It is locally produced by Vic Biondi, RVTV and the Southern Oregon Digital Media Center, and is written by Vic Biondi. Southern Oregon University students serve as studio crew, create graphic design packages, and handle the field shooting and post production for each program.
