Sponsored by the Alliance for Community Media Northwest Region. This video festival honors the best of public, education and government access television in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, British Columbia and Alberta.

Entries are judged by Alliance members from the Far West Region in states of CA, NM, AZ, NV, HI.
