With the support of our municipal partners, residents of Southern Oregon can broadcast their television content across the region on RVTV. To share your content for broadcast, download our programming submission form and submit your video in an appropriate format. We strongly encourage digital submissions of local programming, and we accept those submissions at no cost. Fees apply for non-local programming and for submissions via non-digital formats. Please see our Fee Schedule for more details.
RVTV is prohibited from broadcasting programming that contains commercial messages. Any adult-oriented content in your submission should be disclosed, and will only be broadcast during Safe Harbor hours from 10pm to 5am. Producers may include underwriting messages in their content subject to the restrictions documented in our PBS-style Underwriting Policy. We’ve also provided a How-To Primer for producers who want help in their search for underwriters.
