Rogue Valley
Voters are set to return to the polls in November with local, state, and national candidates vying for election. The Ashland Chamber of Commerce and Rogue Valley Community Television are teaming up again this fall to provide extensive coverage of Ashland Council and Parks Commission, Jackson County Commissioners and Sheriff, and State Senate and Representative seats up for grabs. The Voters Pamphlet helps, but here is an opportunity to see and hear the candidates and where they stand on key issues. Forums replays are seen on Charter Cable channels 180 Prime and 181 Civic and for those without cable the channels stream live on the RVTV website. Programming playback schedules are also available there, rvtv.sou.edu.
There will be an additional Sheriff’s debate between Nathan Sickler and Bill Froehlich live from the Digital Media Center on the SOU campus at 6pm on Wednesday October 10 at 6pm on RVTV Prime 180. That debate will also replay with the Chamber Forums through election day.
