REAL TV, REAL PEOPLE: Watch RVTV's Government & Public Access archives for authentic local television from Southern Oregon

About

Founded in 1989, Rogue Valley Community Television (RVTV) is a partnership between Southern Oregon University, Jackson County and the cities of Ashland, Eagle Point, Medford and Grants Pass. RVTV serves the public information needs of Southern Oregon by broadcasting a wide array of public meetings and other government content; providing citizens with access to training and resources with which they can produce and broadcast their own programming; and broadcasting other educational and non-profit content for the good of the community.

Communities Served

RVTV serves all the residents of Jackson and Josephine counties in Oregon. Our Public, Education, and Government channels are seen on Charter Cable and on Ashland TV.

Our Public Access production facilities are open to all residents of Jackson and Josephine counties. When certified as Community Producers, citizens can use our video production equipment to create their own television programming to be shown on our Public Access channel.
